At Bizare Vision, we focus on quality and clear standards. Our return policy is straightforward and reflects that commitment. To initiate a return access Return Portal
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the order’s delivery date.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all items must meet every one of the criteria below:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must remain attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- No signs of wear, including stains, scents, marks, or fabric stretching
- All items are subject to inspection and approval by our Quality Control team
Items that fail to meet these standards will be returned to the sender with no refund issued.
3. Refund Processing
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method only.
Please allow 5–10 business days from the date we receive your return for inspection and processing.
Depending on your bank, funds may take up to 14 days to appear.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
- Final sale marked items
- Limited edition releases
- Discounted or promotional products
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us at support@bizarevision.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue
Once assessed and approved, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund, subject to availability.
6. How to Request a Return
All return requests must be initiated by accessing Return Portal
Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Unauthorized returns or items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
