These Terms of Service govern all use of the online platform operated by Bizare Vision Ltd. Bizare Vision Ltd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any product, service or content at any time without prior notice. While the highest level of care is taken to ensure the accuracy of pricing, descriptions and imagery, occasional inaccuracies may arise. In such cases, Bizare Vision Ltd retains the right to correct errors and, where necessary, cancel or amend affected orders prior to confirmation and dispatch.

All purchases must be completed through approved payment methods at the time of order. Prices are displayed in British Pounds and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. An order is not considered binding until it has been reviewed and accepted. In the rare event that an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping timelines are estimated and may vary depending on demand, destination and operational factors beyond our control. Once items are transferred to the courier, risk and responsibility are passed to the customer. Bizare Vision Ltd is not liable for delays resulting from carrier operations, customs procedures or unforeseen disruptions.

Requests for returns are accepted within the parameters set forth in the official Returns Policy. Returned items must meet the required standards of condition and authenticity to qualify for approval. Any item returned outside of these terms may be declined and sent back to the sender without refund. Refunds, where applicable, are issued following careful inspection and confirmation.

All users agree to interact with this platform respectfully and lawfully. Any attempts to misuse, disrupt, extract data or infringe on intellectual property will result in immediate restriction of access and potential legal action. The integrity of this space is always protected.

Where the platform includes links to third party tools or services, Bizare Vision Ltd bears no responsibility for their content, performance or privacy practices. Interaction with third parties is at the discretion of the user and governed by the respective policies of those providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizare Vision Ltd disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes or claims will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Bizare Vision Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms as needed to reflect changes in operations, legal requirements or brand policy. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms. The most current version will always be published on this page.
